Instructor-Led Courses
Jive User Training
Covers basic Jive usage and best practices such as how to edit user profiles, change avatars, create documents, discussions and blogs, connect and collaborate with people in your community, and how to set up collaborative places such as social groups and projects.
Jive Administrator Training
Covers more advanced Jive usage and an in-depth overview of the Admin Console. Topics covered include content moderation, setting up new users, community administration, permissions, and advanced system settings.
Jive Developer Training
Provides an overview and deep dive of the Jive programmatic API and an introduction to key customization and integration points, including themes, widgets, plugins, and web services through classroom instruction and labs. The objective of the course is to provide developers with an introductory knowledge of the various customization and integration points Jive provides, and to quickly ramp up developers that are new to Jive development.
