Conecteo expects its new community to generate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, while scaling the company's support amidst rapid growth.
Conecteo has increased revenue year after year, primarily through indirect sales channels. As the company's customer base grew to thousands of end users, it became challenging to connect with all of these customers. To keep fifty partners up-to-date on product news and roadmap information, the Conecteo team previously relied on a static document repository and one-way email communications.
