Chuck Robel brings more than 40 years of high tech experience to the Jive board of directors. He currently serves on the board of directors for GoDaddy and Model N. He was previously the chairman of the board of McAfee prior to its $8 billion acquisition by Intel. He has also held board of director positions at Autodesk, DemandTec and Palo Alto Networks in the past.
Chuck previously served as general partner and chief operating officer at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a $1 billion venture capital fund focused on early stage software company investments. He began his career as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he managed numerous IPOs including Yahoo, Documentum, Hyperion (formerly Arbor Software), Borland, CBS MarketWatch, JD Edwards and Redback Networks.
Chuck Robel serves on the Board of Directors as Member of the Audit committee and Chair of the Nominating and Governance committee.
