Chief Customer Success Officer
As Jive’s chief customer success officer, Robert Block is responsible for all post-sales customer-facing services on a global basis, including professional services and customer support. Robert is an accomplished services and support executive with more than 25 years of experience in the management consulting and software industries. He served most recently as vice president of global services at Limelight, a platform as a service and software as a service company delivering web content management, video and CDN services. Prior to Limelight, Robert served as vice president of customer success at SuccessFactors, where he transformed the global professional services and customer support organizations from a tactical to a strategic orientation, helping customers unlock the value of their investment and fuel rapid growth.
Before his tenure at SuccessFactors, Robert was a consulting partner with IBM Global Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). While at IBM and PwC, he delivered large-scale global solutions and outsourcing services.
Robert holds a B.A in Business/Accounting from the University of Washington.
