Jacob Morgan to lead panel discussion on the evolving workplace and impact on corporate culture in our hyper-connected world
The modern day workplace is rapidly evolving as organizational models and workforces become increasingly diverse. In Jive’s upcoming “Future of Work in a Connected World” panel event, which will be held on December 10th at 6:00 p.m. PT at HanaHaus in downtown Palo Alto, Jacob Morgan—author, speaker, futurist and regular contributor for Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Inc. Magazine and CNN—will moderate a provocative discussion with leading HR and IT executives from high tech companies at the forefront of the workplace revolution, including LinkedIn, NetSuite, Pandora, SugarCRM and Jive. The forum will provide attendees with a holistic view on how the workplace is evolving and visionary insight into how companies can adapt from both a human and technology perspective.

Pat joined LinkedIn in January 2013 to lead its world-class talent (HR) team. In addition to hiring, retaining and inspiring top talent, she is also responsible for all employee-related HR programs at LinkedIn, including compensation and benefits and performance management.
Chief People Officer
Kathy oversees NetSuite’s global HR programs and operations. She has a wealth of experience in high growth start-ups and large companies. Prior to joining NetSuite, she served five years as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Oclaro.

Kristen leads the human resources organization and is responsible for Pandora’s global people strategies and operations. She brings with her more than 25 years of experience in technology, including stints at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Verigy and Yahoo.

Steve has Information Technology and Information Security experience across multiple industries including super computer, semi-conductor, ecommerce, retail and software. He is responsible for the Information Technology, Business Applications and Information Security functions at Sugar CRM.
