Here at Jive, we’re serious about changing the world and providing the best modern communication and collaboration solutions for businesses. However, we’re also serious about making sure Jivers are having fun while doing so! We pride ourselves on our fun, energetic atmosphere where Jivers are able to connect and collaborate both inside, and outside the workplace.

We work hard. We’re miles ahead of the competition and we like keeping it that way. And we don’t just make and sell our solutions, we use them. Every day. To collaborate, ideate, imagine, debate, rescue, solve and create.
We have fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. And we like to celebrate. There’s always a happy hour, Green Machine Race or holiday gathering to take our minds off work.
And we give back. No matter how busy we are, we make time to contribute through volunteering and fundraising. Some of the causes we support include Adopt a Family, Walk for the Cure, food drives and more. We even give you paid time-off to volunteer for your favorite cause.

These are the three pillars of Jive’s culture that we consistently aim to fulfill within every workday at Jive and the second annual Bay Area picnic serves as the perfect example of how we are bringing these goals into our personal lives as well––in this case, the having fun part!

Both of Jive’s Bay Area offices––Jive South, Jive’s office based in Palo Alto, and Jive SF, Jive’s new San Francisco office––got together in Menlo Park to take a quick break from the hard-work Jivers have been putting in this summer to combine our Jive families with our personal families in an afternoon full of relaxation and festivities. Kids versus parents tug-o-war, balloon-artists, face painting and carnival-style booths; these are only some of the many activities Jivers and families participated in during Jive’s second annual Bay Area Picnic. The picnic was also filled with food, drinks and an ample amount of laughs between Jivers, spouses and little ones.
