Huawei Dials In Jive to Drive Customer Satisfaction

Honor (an entity of multinational telco Huawei) is a brand of smartphones targeted specifically towards younger generations. Available exclusively online, the Honor brand was created to meet the needs of digital natives through products designed and optimized for internet use. The company just launched its much-anticipated Honor 8 smartphone and in support of that announcement, also unveiled new Jive-powered Honor “For the Brave” communities in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
With Honor’s brand presence growing rapidly in Europe, the business is constantly looking for new ways to enhance its end-to-end customer experience. Through its new mobile-enabled Jive Customer Communities, Honor provides easy access to product news, documentation and FAQs, as well as to marketing promotions, social media conversations and the company’s e-commerce hub. These cloud-based communities have already helped fuel deeper customer engagement by facilitating in-person fan meet-ups and hosting live customer blogs during the company’s Honor 8 launch event in Paris.
