JiveWorld16 Is Less than One Week Away!

We received a record number of submissions for this year’s Jive Awards, which celebrate our customers’ outstanding results using Jive’s platform in key business areas.

We were blown away by their stellar stories and the process to select the finalists for each award category was challenging, to say the least!

Without further adieu, here are the 2016 Jive Award finalists by category:

Transforming HR Award

This award will recognize innovative approaches to delivering company communications that break down walls between leaders and the rest of the company. In addition, this award will recognize a company that has created, and embraced at all levels, a programmatic two-way communication approach for organizational communication that has shown results in improving employee engagement and unlocking the creative, innovative greatness too often locked away in people’s one-on-one conversations.

FINALISTS: Cox Automotive, Leidos, Rovi and Spectrum Health

Transforming Marketing Award

This award will highlight a company that has transformed marketing either inside or outside its walls. This award will recognize a company’s efforts where either their Marketing team is working faster and better with sales and other teams to support growth strategies, or has turned their customers into an extension of their sales team.

FINALISTS: Humana, Marketo and ON-Brand Partners

Transforming Customer Support Award

This award will highlight a company that has truly turned its customers and/or partners into an extension of their support team. The winning company is one that is able to best highlight results from these efforts and demonstrate how they are improving customer experiences while more cost-effectively supporting them.

FINALISTS: Akamai Technologies, CA Technologies and SEEK Limited

Transforming Giving Award

This award recognizes an organization that is not only helping change the world but also is leveraging Jive to transform the way they are accomplishing their mission. This non-profit will be able to highlight the difference between embracing digital transformation today vs. the past challenges to accomplishing their mission prior to implementing Jive.

FINALISTS: Pact, PwC and Spectrum Health

Digital Hub Award

This award will highlight the company that has fully embraced digital transformation as a corporate initiative in growing their business and has recognized a strategic value of putting Jive at the center of working better together with employees, customers and partners. This award will highlight a company that is pushing for this transformation across all parts of the business inside and outside the company to fundamentally change the way business gets done.

FINALISTS: Akamai Technologies, Cisco, Lloyds Banking Group and The Pedowitz Group

JiveWorld16 also marks the start of a new award category and tradition for our annual conference—the Video of the Year Award! The winning video, which will be selected by JiveWorld attendees, will be featured on Mainstage at the show. Stay tuned for the winner!
