We’re happy to share today’s news about an exciting addition to the Jive family. Our newest Jiver, Jeff Lautenbach, will start later this month as our new president of worldwide field operations.

Jeff brings extensive experience in building cloud and SaaS businesses to scale and leading direct and indirect teams, including tours at SAP, where he was responsible for the global CRM business, and Salesforce.com, where he ran commercial sales for North America. He also spent nearly 20 years with IBM, leading over 1,300 sales and technical professionals that supported IBM’s software customers. In addition, Jeff most recently served as chief revenue officer at hc1.com, where he led all go-to-market strategies for the rapidly growing cloud healthcare relationship management company.

Jeff will work from his home office in Indianapolis, Indiana. He’s just one more example of the great talent we can bring into our organization when we untether people from a specific headquarters, and give them the flexibility to get work done anywhere, anytime.
