San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Hits the Jackpot with Jive’s Interactive Intranet

(Nasdaq: JIVE) today announced that the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians launched a Jive-powered Interactive Intranet to drive employee productivity, engagement and strategic alignment. Called “Fusion,” the new digital workplace is part of a cultural transformation meant to foster more collaboration and connections throughout the tribe.
An economic development of the tribe, the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino is among the largest private employers in the Inland Empire region with some 4,000 employees. Over the past 30 years, the casino’s business model has shifted and its workforce expanded in order to deliver new premium gaming experiences for patrons. With this growth also comes the need to develop new efficiencies to keep employees current with the vision of leadership. The organization went in search of a solution to heighten employee engagement, improve tribal operations and promote the collaborative culture of the tribe.
