  • Unified messaging – listen/read, delete, save and even share voice messages right from the Jive inbox.
  • Integrated dialer – type the name of the person you want to call and iLink will search the Jive directory and the user’s personal contacts. iLink shows that person’s availability and initiates the call and sends it to any desk phone, soft phone or mobile device.
  • Click-to-call – iLink provides Chrome browser users the ability to conveniently click-to-call any phone number listed in Jive or any web page.
