From fragmentation to connection

Before Jive, Deutsche Telekom’s employees had no central place to communicate and collaborate, to network with colleagues, and keep track of company activities and news. The company’s existing systems were single-purpose and disjointed, requiring multiple log-ins and fragmented workflow.

Today all of those systems have been replaced by a Jive Interactive Intranet. It’s the company’s first central collaboration platform internationally available for all employees – where they connect with colleagues, learn what’s happening in the company, find information and work together to make decisions and take action. The impacts have been dramatic, and include greater transparency, employee alignment and connectivity, as well as significant cost savings and simplification of IT operations.
