Health insurance giant Humana needed a better way to better engage and enable its widely 1,500 sales associates. The solution was a Jive-powered sales community and portal, providing one place to collaborate, find content and share expertise – whether at the desk or on the go.
The community, dubbed “Fuse,” is helping Humana’s salespeople to get the fast answers, information and assets they need to sell faster and win more deals.
