Dave Hersh, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Jive Software, Dave Hersh is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, planning and implementation. In seven short years, Dave has led Jive Software from a small open source project to an Inc. 500 company with 100 percent annual growth rates.

Previously, Dave held the roles of CFO and product strategist at 4charity. Prior to that, he was a management consultant to Hewlett Packard, focused on HP's Worldwide Information Management Strategy. Dave began his career as a strategy and change management consultant at VIA International in Chicago and London.

Dave has gained a reputation for his deep industry knowledge of collaboration, knowledge management and open source, and he is frequently tapped to present at industry events and serve as a media reference. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from DePauw University.

Bryan LeBlanc, Chief Financial Officer

Bryan LeBlanc joined Jive as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial, accounting, IT and operational aspects of Jive's business. Bryan is a seasoned finance and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in public high tech and software companies. Bryan was a key member of Mercury Interactive's executive team, where he helped drive substantial growth in both the size of the business and the company's market value.

Bryan also served as CFO of Webtrends, a software company in the web analytics market, served as CFO of inSilicon, a public software company in the semiconductor IP markets and built the corporate finance team at enterprise content management company Documentum. Bryan has also spent 10 years in various management roles in finance and marketing at Cadence Design Systems. Bryan holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Santa Clara University and a BA in biology/pre-med from Holy Cross College.

Matt Tucker, Chief Technology Officer, co-founder

Matt Tucker, co-founder and CTO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of Jive's products. Along with Bill Lynch, Matt founded Jive Software in 2001 and has helped build the company from two people to over a hundred. Matt is an active member in open standards communities including having served on the board of the XMPP Standards Foundation.

Prior to Jive, Matt worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity.

Matt holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.

Ben Kiker, Chief Marketing Officer

Ben is Jive's Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for establishing the Jive brand as the undisputed leader in the emerging Social Business Software market. Ben works closely with Jive's executive team to deliver on the company's vision of revolutionizing how work gets done. In addition to driving Jive's marketing strategy, Ben is also responsible for Jive's strategic partnerships and corporate development activities.

Before joining Jive, Ben was the Chief Marketing Officer for Interwoven, one of the fastest growing companies in the hotly competitive web content optimization market. Ben has also held executive management positions for recognized technology leaders including Siebel Systems, Clarify, and Onyx Software. In addition, Ben has led product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing and partner teams for both emerging companies as well as billion-dollar organizations.

Ben also serves as the board chair for Springboard Forward, an award winning on-the-job coaching and mentoring service with programs that inspire permanent change in the lives of low-wage workers. A frequent traveler for work and for fun, Ben appears on numerous industry panels and conferences.

John McCracken, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

John McCracken joined Jive as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and is responsible for driving business in both new and existing markets.

Before joining Jive, John led the Inovis global sales organization as Senior Vice President, Sales and before that he served as Vice President of Sales of the Americas at Mercury Interactive, where he led strategic product solutions in the areas of Application Management, IT Governance and ITIL.

He has also held executive management positions at American Express, Warrantech and PC ServiceSource and served as an Advisory Board Member for iConclude.

Bill Lynch, Vice President Product Management, co-founder

As the head of Product Management, Bill is responsible for the product roadmap and helps drive product strategy. Along with Matt Tucker, Bill founded Jive Software in 2001 and has helped build the company from two people to over a hundred.

Prior to Jive, Bill worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity.

Chris Morace, Senior Vice President of Products

Chris Morace joined Jive Software in October 2007 to lead its Social Business Software product strategy and oversees engineering, product management, and product marketing. He brings with him a 15 year track record for building high-growth, high-value businesses in the technology sector. Prior to joining Jive Software, Chris held executive positions at Sindhara, an innovator in next generation digital media; Awaken, a startup focused on enabling the consumer transition to digital audio; Mercury, the global leader in business technology optimization (acquired by Hewlett-Packard); and Kintana, an IT governance software company (acquired by Mercury Interactive). He began his career architecting supply chain solutions and facilitating enterprise change management with Price Waterhouse for companies such as Cisco, Western Digital, and Xerox.

Chris holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University with Honors in Humanities. He currently lives the Bay Area with his wife and son.

Robert Brown, Senior Vice President of Client Services

Robert serves as the SVP of Client Services at Jive. He is responsible for Services, Support, Education, and System Integrator Alliances. Prior to joining Jive, Robert was the Vice President of Sales for Innotas, a SaaS provider in the Project Portfolio Management realm. Previously, Robert held executive positions in Professional Services with Mercury, Kintana, Oracle, Price Waterhouse; and US Steel. During his career, Robert has supported and coached the customer base of these organizations, working with client side executives to ensure maximum return on their software investments.

Robert holds a B.A. in Accounting from West Virginia University and an M.B.A in Finance from Cleveland State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
