At JiveWorld09, we'll recognize 5 customers that have achieved exceptional business outcomes from their use of Social Business Software.
1. Business Impact Award
It takes more than technology to change a business. It takes inspirational people, strategic vision, detailed planning and dedication.
The winner of the "Biggest Impact to the business" award will show how their community deployment forms a key component of their organizations strategic vision with backing and involvement from the company's senior leadership. Furthermore, the winner of this award will clearly show the key objectives for their new community and show via qualitative and quantitative measurement, how SBS was used to deliver on those objectives.
2. Community Innovation Award
The uses of Social Business Software are very broad in the enterprise. Social Business Software provides and extremely flexible set of capabilities for improving support, serving new markets, connecting global teams and collecting innovative ideas.
However, many of Jive's customers are taking the platform to the next level by embedding 3rd party technologies like VOIP and chat, integrating with existing websites, and connecting it with existing enterprise applications. By doing this, Social Business Software is being embedded into the core processes of an organization, truly changing how work gets done.
The winner of the "Most innovative Community" award will clearly show how they leveraged existing Jive functionality to enhance existing systems and applications to create a new breed of Social-Business-Software-enabled solution. Furthermore, the winner will show how this new solution impacts the business in new and powerful ways.
3. Community Adoption Award
Building a useful and engaging community is one thing, getting people to join the community and participate is another.
The successful launch of a community is a complex process involving multiple company groups to build buzz, educate users and encourage involvement. Many of Jive's customers launch large marketing campaigns to promote a new community where others leverage word of mouth and other social media tools to drive people to their community.
The winner of this award will show how their detailed launch plan, creative ideas and stakeholder involvement combined to blow away the growth expectations originally set for their community.
4. User Experience Award
User experience is what separates Social Business Software apart from other enterprise applications. An engaging user experience requires a mix of web design, content planning, common sense and attention to detail. When done correctly, an engaging user experience can drive a community well beyond its initial business objectives.
The winner of this award will show how their organization leveraged Social Business Software, custom layouts, these and other customizations to build a rich and engaging user experience for their community participants.
5. Social Business Software Champion Award (Jive Nomination Only)
Succesfully deploying Social Business Software requires many participants from across an organization. However, certain individuals prove themselves critical to the implementation process. These leaders understand the value of Social Business Software and become cheerleaders within their organization for the technology. This winner in this category will be nominated and selected by the Jive executive team.
This award recognizes the individual who stood out as a leader in this space driving Social Business Software to new heights within and outside their organization.
