Today, the A-Space social network has over 12,000 total users with access to over 90 million classified data records. The network capabilities are being used of for many real missions by analysts at the HCS/G security levels.

Previously, Aaron was the Web Software Development Manager at Acushnet Company, where he was responsible for managing the technical aspects of the development and maintenance of over 25 consumer websites executed by three external agencies. He was also the senior software architect at Mindseye Technology.

Aaron holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Biola University and has completed course work toward a Masters of Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

Gia Lyons joined Jive Software in June 2008 as a strategic consultant. She crafts custom-fit Jive Social Business Software adoption implementation strategies for her clients' employees, partners, and customers. Lately, she's worked with healthcare clients, including insurance providers, medical device manufacturers, hospitals, and clinics.

Gia has been developing, providing consulting services for, or selling socio-collaborative solutions since 1996. She spent four years as a collaborative application instructor and developer, another eight years as a socio-collaborative technical specialist and evangelist, serving large organizations in the U.S. Midwest. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Tulsa.

Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and is the current President of the Northern California Product Development & Management Association.

He also leverages his broad background in technology and business to assist customers with technical guidance, ROI analysis, and Business Case development.

Kevin has been in the software industry for 15 years and has held Professional Services, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Leadership positions at Compuware, Covalent Technologies, Mercury Interactive, and Hewlett-Packard. He holds degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from Arizona State University.

He also serves as Community Strategist for Jive's own community focused on business conversations. Adam was also a lead speaker for Jive's 2008 seminar series Integrating Social Media into Your Marketing Strategy. He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon with Honors.

Chris Morace joined Jive in October 2007 to lead its Social Business Software product strategy and oversee engineering, product management, and product marketing. He brings with him a 15-year track record for building high-growth, high-value businesses in the technology sector. Previously, Chris has held executive positions at Sindhara, Awaken, Mercury and Kintana. He began his career architecting supply chain solutions and facilitating enterprise change management with Price Waterhouse for companies such as Cisco, Western Digital, and Xerox.

Chris holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University with Honors in Humanities.

Rick Palmer is Jive's Education Manager and brings 15 years of software development, management and consulting experience to the company. He joined Jive as a professional services engineer in August 2007, and then took over the Education Department in early 2008. Rick did his undergraduate work at Portland State University and began his career as a civil engineer working on improving salmon survival rates through Columbia River dams. He quickly discovered an aptitude for software engineering while writing water modeling software programs, and happily jumped into business software development. He is also an adjunct professor at Portland Community College where he has taught Java Web Programming for 4 years.

Seth focuses on go-to-market strategies, partner strategy and enablement, equipping our field teams, and working with Jive's customers to measure and evangelize their success.

Prior to Jive, Seth was Interwoven's Vice President of Product Marketing and the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Optimost. Seth was also President/COO of technology startups PocketScience and Bluefish Wireless. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at Ziff-Davis and was an investment banker.

Seth holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is also an elected Trustee of the San Carlos (CA) School Board.

Dan joined Jive in December 2007 and brings with him 15 years of experience working in a variety of business analytics and market research capacities. Prior to joining Jive Software, Dan was Director of Workforce Analytics at Kronos, a leader in workforce productivity solutions; a senior analytics consultant with WebCriteria, (acquired by CoreMetrics) and a market research analyst with Griggs-Anderson Research (acquired by Gartner Group). He began his career as a Technology industry analyst for Ernst and Young.

Dan holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Colgate University and an M.A . in Journalism from the University of Montana.

Barry's past experience includes his role product manager at Greens.com and the Portal Practice Director at Rapidigm / Fujitsu. Barry holds a B.S. in Communications with an emphasis on Artificial Communication and Information Technology from Oregon State University.

Olivia has held product leadership roles at companies including Yahoo! and Kleiner Perkins-backed recommendation engine leader Aggregate Knowledge. She started her career managing marketing and operations at an ice cream company that established organic farming cooperatives in the Amazon.

Olivia holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University, with Honors in International Security Studies.

Matt Tucker, Jive co-founder and CTO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of Jive's products. Along with Bill Lynch, Matt founded Jive Software in 2001. Matt is an active member in open standards communities including having served on the board of the XMPP Standards Foundation.

Prior to Jive, Matt worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity. Matt holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.

He has a deep technical background across many industries including biotech (CAChe Software, a Fujitsu Biosciences Company), financial services (Barclays Global Investors), and manufacturing (Intel). Erskine holds B.A. degrees in Biochemistry and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.
