Instructor-Led Courses
Jive SBS Administrator Training:
This 1-day course covers basic Jive SBS usage and best practices (how to blog, create discussions, documents, edit user profiles, change avatars, moderate blog post comments, etc). It also provides an in-depth overview of the admin console (community administration, permissions, moderation, and advanced system settings).
Jive SBS Developer Certification Training:
This 1-day developer course provides an overview of the Jive SBS 3.0 API and an introduction to several customization and integration points, including themes, widgets, plugins, and web services. The objective of the course is to provide developers with an introductory knowledge of the various customization and integration points Jive SBS provides, and to quickly ramp up developers that are new to Jive SBS development.
Self-Paced Distance Learning
This option is the most scalable way to train hundreds of users in a short period of time, and without major interruptions to work schedules or costly travel expenses.
Each self-paced course provides a private virtual classroom that can be used during a timeframe that's convenient for your users or employees. You'll have access to eLearning curriculum activities, discussion forums for getting questions answered by a live instructor, and checkpoints to ensure comprehension of each topic.

This 2-hour online webinar covers basic usage and best practices: how to blog, create discussions, co-author and approve documents, edit user profile fields, change avatars, and configure personal preferences.
Jive SBS Administration Webinar:
This 1-hour online webinar covers advanced system administration, including community configuration, permissions, user and group administration, moderation and governance controls, and an overview of the admin console.
