“Our investment in community is helping us understand what’s top of mind for our customers, what’s top of mind for our partners, and where we should focus to deliver better products and services,” Chang says. The fast-growing community is a big driver of customer loyalty, partner engagement and brand advocacy, helping to boost Oracle’s top and bottom lines.

Topliners is Oracle’s customer and partner community, powered by Jive. For us, the Topliners community represents the source of information and inspiration for our Oracle and Oracle Marketing Cloud customers. We want it to be the sole place where marketers come for information and show how data-driven marketing is done.

We have over 32,000 customers and partners and employees engaging, sharing stories, all powered by Jive. Not only do our customers look to our community to get information as to how to use their products, they also can give us information and inspiration for how to change them for the future. So we actually use Jive’s ideation capabilities for our customers and partners to give us new ideas, collaborate on existing ideas, and help our product teams understand what’s important for them and their future in investment in Oracle Marketing Cloud.

I love the fact that we were able to take a number of the ideas that our customers have posted and been able to turn them into real-life things that they can expect in future iterations of our products. Over the past few years with Jive and some of the new capabilities, we’ve been able to triple our community growth. We also believe that customers who are part of community, they are more loyal, and our most active customers represent those who are our strongest advocates.
